Fixed Bugs:

- Stone, andesite... railing gates burn from lava 
- Grass Topped Walls missing texture when attached to fence gate or metal fence
- Grass Topped Walls look incorrect with diagonal fences
- Fixed java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 2048 out of bounds for length 1025
