Lushness 2.0

Full rewrite. Now runs on 1.20.1 (Fabric/Forge) and 1.21+ (Fabric/NeoForge), with a proper config and a stack of generation fixes.

- Added a full config: file + in-game screen (Cloth Config / Mod Menu). Global density and boost sliders, per-biome plant and rock settings, the slab block list, mushroom and rock toggles.
- New: biomes the mod doesn't know about (including modded ones) now get a lighter grass-and-fern boost instead of nothing.
- Fixed rocks not generating on mountains (the surface check stopped at y=100).
- Fixed worldgen not being seed-consistent; same seed now gives the same world.
- Fixed some biomes (like Forest) getting the wrong plants, and Forge/Fabric generating differently.
