- Experimental change to how conditions are checked, hopefully fixing the issue with the scoreboard_tag condition
- Added "use_key" setting to the "ability_enabled" effect condition, making them able to use ability key instead of just types
- Added "ability_unlocked" effect condition
- Fixed entity_data setting in the energy_blast ability breaking it completely
- Added new available options for energy blasts inside the entity_data: "Invisible" and "Lifetime" AND a "play_sound" setting for the ability
