* Implemented Nether Fishing, Obsidian Fish and Aurum Fish found in the nether

* Made Infernal Lubrum Recipe part 2 more rare from bartering but the new Aurum Fish can be bartered for it guaranteed.

* Added Spiced Coil variant (way faster) and Kraken Coil variant (More value)
* Infernal Lubrum now requires ghast tear instead of blaze powder.
* Spiced Lubrum is now crafted with honeycomb instead of gunpowder.
* Fixed unrefined lubrum's water sprite
* Reduced crate odds slightly
* Crates now have their items scattered around the container
* Crates have more streamlined/themed loot.
* Extra rummifications is now amplified by more than just Demonshare lubrum now.
* Wither Bone Powder recipe fix
* Inflicting the Demon Share debuff with Infernal Lubrum is now 50% chance, but 100% while under the effect of Lubrum
* Nerfed Buzzed's slowness slightly
* Further nerfed drowned head smelting.
* Wither Bone Powder now 1 per craft.
* Made steel alloying slightly more expensive for the non-rum liquids.
