added temporary total coins counter (adds up coins in pouches and inventory), will add functionality to move hud elements around soon
added lang functionality to pouch viewer "belonged to" text
added lang functionality to attack indicator blacklist entity list
added speed and height display for mounts (like betterhud)

new settings:
hud: show coins
mount info: show speed, show jump, show info only on tamed

fixes:
fixed text looking jagged when scaling, moving, over distance, etc
fixed waypoint height sometimes being in ground (some waypoints can be set lower than ground level so it now gets world precipitation height)
fixed text scaling for all usages of text
temporarily removed information not being able to be shown for some mounts (some lotr mounts dont like to give information, can lead to crash)
fixed "text through walls" options not working
fixed health bars and hearts height over text
