Added:
- Native support for CleanRoom has been added.
- Chinese localization has been added (by 彼梦Archi_DreamZ & the Chinese community).
- The following structures have been added: Farm, Hunter's Lodge, Healer's Hut, Bowyer's Workshop, Woodcutter's Hut, Elven Merchant's Stall, Tavern, and the Dúnedain Archery Range.
- The following units/NPCs have been added: Dúnedain Militiaman, Militiaman Standard-bearer, Dúnedain Town Mayor, Dúnedain Farmer, Dúnedain Hunter, Dúnedain Healer, Dúnedain Bowyer, Dúnedain Woodcutter, Dúnedain Stablehand, Dúnedain Innkeeper, and the Elf Merchant of the Angle.
- Shields of Arthedain/Cardolan/Rhudaur — craftable using an Iron Shield + the corresponding provincial banner.
- Cloaks of Rhudaur/Cardolan/Arthedain/Arnor — obtainable after locating the corresponding standard.
- The Banner of the Angle and the Banner of the Black Rangers have been added.
- Unique invasion sound effects have been added for Dunland, Isengard, Durin's Folk, Mordor, Gondor, Gundabad, and the Woodland Realm.

Changes:
- The Eriador Highlands biome is now restricted to the area surrounding Amon Garth. ---- - - - Dunedain villages may rarely spawn within this biome. In the territories formerly belonging to Arthedain (north of the Shire), this biome has been replaced by a new one: the Evendim Hills.
- The Dunedain Hut, House, Stable, Forge, and Barracks structures have been completely overhauled.
- The Banner of Angmar is now crafted using a standard banner combined with a standard pole. Angmar standard poles can be found within ruins.
- Black Ranger gear is now made of iron rather than steel.
- The mod now requires Roughly Enough IDs version 2.3 or higher.
- "Goldomir" has been renamed to "Golden Steel"; it is smelted from a steel ingot and a gold nugget at any forge (excluding Orcish forges).
- Ringlo weapons and armor are now made of steel.
- Banners of Angmar have been removed from the structures of the Hillmen.

- Fabric has replaced wool in the crafting recipes for all banners.
- The Black Numenorean Crafting Table has been removed; its recipes have been transferred to the Angmar and Umbar crafting tables, respectively. Black Númenórean structures now feature a corresponding workbench and a Númenórean smelter.
- The Dorwinion Captain's Helmet has been added; the appearance of armor and NPCs has been updated.
- The standard variant of Harhudor now contains far fewer trees and better matches the terrain of the steppes.
- Chains now function as ladders.
- Dorwinion villagers now retaliate against attackers instead of fleeing.
- An alternative crafting recipe for brown dye using acorns has been added.

- Tea can now be obtained by combining tea leaves with a mug of water at a workbench.
- The rendering of the Utumno portal has been fixed.
- Chiseled stone tablets now display correctly when placed on blocks and within their - interface.
- The rendering of Lothlórien Guards and Dúnedain/Ithilien Rangers during combat has been fixed.
- [Fixes] within structures... The Banner of Western Gondor now appears in Western Gondor, replacing the Royal Banner.
- Fixed the rendering of tomatoes and cucumbers on trellises, as well as rice growth.
- Fixed crafting-related errors.
- Fixed the rendering of certain foliage when using "Fast" graphics settings.
- Fixed a StackOverflowError related to vine generation in jungles.
