* Biomes

  * Added Rivendell Cliffs (a more sharp version of the Rivendell Hills biome)

  * Added Rivendell River (a Rivendell specific river biome for water colors and such)

  * Added Rivendell Valley (a more level version of the Rivendell biome)

  * Removed lava falls from Rivendell Hills

  * Tweaked the regular Rivendell biome to be a tiny bit more hilly

 

* Blocks

  * Added Chimney Pots

  * Added High Elven Chain

  * Added Placed Books (Book, Red Book, and Book of true silver can be placed)
