Uploading the version with the new tooltip where it displays items

not much testing has been done, probably not compatible with inventory potion effect center mods and other tooltip changing mods

 

to get the new tooltip, go to the config under the mods, mod config, general, and set 'legacy tooltip' to false

 

also some changes with lang but idk how to use lang files
