Added text colors and customizable item rarities!

- added config option to disable the 'Items' text above the listed items

- added config option to put the item name before the item quantity

- added config lists for common, uncommon, rare, epic, and legendary rarities

- added color configs for each rarity, the default item color for items not in a rarity list, the slot color used when advanced tooltips is enabled, and the color of the 'Items' text above listed items

Make sure to change up the rarity lists in the config files as there are default assignments to some items. Re-launch after changing config options like adding/removing from the rarity list
