Fixes Lootr warnings caused by terrain mods and mimic spawns. Stabilizes structure loot containers with Lootr, waits for worldgen, finalizes each chest once, and, if Artifacts is installed limits mimic rolls so they don’t double-fire or misbehave.

- Suppresses the "block entity had its loot table set before its level was set" log spam during worldgen. Harmless warning; filter keeps logs readable.
