LootingVI

Adds a CreeperKill Enchant and allows you to set the max level and enchantability for all enchantments where it both makes sense.

* Added Enchantment Description support for the CreeperKill enchantment

Note that the Enchantment Descriptons mod shows the enchantment as added by "Minecraft" due to how I initially implemented this mod.

This cannot easily be fixed without breaking existing worlds, so it will stay like this.
