Lets you customize chest loot among other things, and lets you add new items and blocks.

Fixed crash when placing loot chests
Added two new commands:
- lppgenloot, which generates a loot table inside an inventory (chest, dispenser, hopper, minecart chest, etc.)
- lpplock, which locks/unlocks inventories like chests
This mod has no additional files
