Lets you customize chest loot among other things, and lets you add new items and blocks.
What's new
-Fixed chest loot setting wrong metadata value (breaking RotaryCraft, and perhaps other things)
-Note you will have to reload your default loot entries in the config files with this fix!
-Made loot items depend on location, for compatibility with Custom Chest Loot.
