1. Definitions

texture, model, documentation, lore, or other content released under
the name Mayflower Studios.

“Author” refers to Mayflower Studios and the project owner(s).

2. Allowed Use

You are permitted to:

✅ Download and use the Software for personal gameplay
✅ Use the Software in multiplayer servers
✅ Include the Software in modpacks (public or private)
• Credit must be given to Mayflower Studios
• Official project links should be included when possible
✅ Create videos, streams, screenshots, reviews, or other media featuring the Software

3. Redistribution & Reuploading

You may NOT:

❌ Reupload the Software to other sites or platforms
❌ Mirror downloads without permission
❌ Claim the Software as your own work
❌ Remove or alter copyright notices

Official downloads must remain hosted through Mayflower Studios or
approved platforms (CurseForge, Modrinth, GitHub).

4. Modifications & Forks

You may modify the Software for PERSONAL use only.

You may NOT publicly distribute modified versions, ports, or forks
without explicit written permission from the Author.

Commercial use is NOT permitted.

This includes:

❌ Monetizing access to the Software
❌ Including the Software in paywalled downloads

Mayflower Studios names, logos, textures, models, lore, realm concepts,
and other branding assets may NOT be reused in other projects without
permission.
