Fixed issues regarding using lodestar between dimensions.

Lodestar destination data now stored in a more accessible & persistent format, should no longer have issues with clients not updating.

Lodestar will not allow players to set a lodestone in a non-vanilla dimension as their attuned lodestone. This is only a temporary fix to prevent issues.
