Locator Colors

This mod grabs the colors from player waypoints on the locator bar and applies them everywhere, so you can always tell who is who at a glance.

- Added an option to choose when player heads appear on the locator bar (On Key Press, Always, or Never)
- Added an option to display distance above player icons on the locator bar while inspecting
- Added a dedicated keybind to inspect the locator bar
- Improved chat name colorization to support multiple player names and prevent matching inside other words
