The new command blocks can only do what normal command blocks do. nothing more, nothing less. Also there is a texture bug. Only tested on 1.7.2

To get the new command blocks type:

/give @p LIKE1.8:tile.chain_command_block

/give @p LIKE1.8:tile.repeating_command_block
