What's new

-Replaced forge config system with my own personal config system that was made for LC Forge. Mod no longer requires Forge Config API port.
-Entity Loot Drops now accept tags (`#modid:tag`) and modlists (`modid:*`)
-Money Mending now works on items in the Trinkets Slots. Items in vanilla equipment slots will still take priority.
-Added `/lcbank` command to allow players to give and take money from bank accounts via command.
-`/lcbaltop` no longer displays empty bank accounts in the bank account list.
-Coin Mint now mints coins over time. Coin Mint recipes now have an optional `duration` input, and the server config now has a `defaultMintDuration` config option.
-Coin Mint recipes will now appear in REI.
-Added the Wallet HUD and its related config options.
