Light The Night

The config update!

New features:

-added a comprehensive boolean based mod config (more advanced options such as spawn rates may be added later)

-added foxfire growth/spreading (disabled by default)

-added more rotten plank pranks (slabs and stairs)

-Glowing Water is now dimmer by default (the original texture can be re-enabled)

Fixes

-missing recipes

-slabs not saving properly

-all wooden blocks are now flammable

-swamp mud now has proper hardness (instead of 0)
