Light Level Overlay Reloaded

Changelog for LLOverlayReloaded-1.2.2 (for Minecraft 1.14.4):

Bug fixing:
- Fixes advanced (yellow) numbers always showing "15".
- Fixes a crash when displaying light levels without valid textures.

Better default texture:
- Slightly reduces the size of light level numbers.
- Gives a 25% transparency to light level numbers.
- Makes "X" looks like the NEI's "X".
- Hides small number modes. You can re-enable it via resourcepacks or editing the assets file directly.

For resourcepack makers:
- Added new keyword `transparency` to display mode JSONs. It gives the texture with a global transparency.
- Added new keyword `disabled` to display mode JSONs. It can hide unwanted display modes without deleting them.
