Their Max Health / 20 * Life Steal Level

So for example

if a Zombie has 20 HP , With level 1 you would heal 1 and with level 2 You will heal 2 Hearts

If a Mob with 100 HP, you will heal 5 HP with Level 1 and 10 HP with Level 2
