-Added a potion effect "Total Blindness" to test this mod in total darkness.
-Added a config option to enable the effects of this potion
-Added a config option to change the max number of particles
-Added a sound when you shoot the laser
-I was unable to let you use dynamic textures on the LIDAR Lasers you can make in config, as opposed to the original LIDAR Mod
