New versions (1.18.2, 1.19.2, 1.19.4, 1.20.1, 1.21.1) of this mod you find here. The new Mod uses other IDs so Items can't be converted at this time.

The L-games DE´s Artefakte Mod adds three new ores: Liro, Ermiet, Darker from which you can make new armour swords and tools oh I forget to say there is a fourth one called Randomite Ore, and it exists in the Nether and in the Overworld it gives you random stuff (usually stuff from other ores) or XP. There are also 5 different artefacts and 3 different potions that give special effects. Other features are also planned. Recommendation: I haven't put any recipes online yet, so I recommend the Just Enough Items Mod.
