Added Dynamic Lighting. Helps to lower the complexity of trying to get OptiFine to work with Forge, or having to download other complex or non-existent dynamic lighting for Forge.

/lestora DynamicLighting [true/false] to enable/disable (enabled by default)

Currently only works with torches.
