Leaf Decay

1.1.0 release of Leaf Decay: the "I just realized this mod is really laggy" update.

Changelog:

 - leaves no longer spawn particles or make noise. If you enjoy the lagfest that the mod previously was, you can use version 1.0.4. There's basically no functional difference aside from aesthetics.
