Added error correction commands if the lava and height counter stop rising:
- `/lavaflood autofix <seconds>` - attempt to automatically resume lava rising from the previous height | seconds - how many seconds it takes for lava to rise by 1 block
- `/lavaflood fix <Y> <seconds>` - start raising lava from a certain height | Y - from what height to continue raising lava; seconds - how many seconds it takes for lava to rise by 1 block
- `/lavaflood stop` - stop the lava rising
