Fabric port build .5 (bugs inherited from the original mod, fixed in this port)

• Fluid sensor cards with a Tag Filter no longer crash the server after a restart, and no longer delete the matching tags from their filter. Before, such a sensor switched on once and then stopped working.
• Count Filter in a fluid card: setting an amount that is not a whole number of buckets (for example 1500 mB) no longer fails after the world has been reloaded, and no longer changes copies of the same filter.
• The Tag and NBT Filter screens and the filter tooltip no longer edit the filter item directly.
• Clicking in a Laser Node's card slots no longer refreshes the node twice, which reset the timers of its extractor cards.
