Port from 1.7.10 to 1.10.2

May have changed a few small things but mainly rendering.

 

Please be aware due to a bug in Minecraft itself which Mojang didn't fix in 1.10.2 but have in later versions, server consoles will probably spam Riding Passenger Errors. The mod should work fine but I have had to implement a bit of a hack to get it to work in this version.
