Laser Creeper Robot Dino Riders From Space

Added config options and in game gui accessible from the 'Mods' tab on the main menu.

Config options allow you to set spawn rates of the mobs and power/fire damage/burn time for both laser creeper's blaster and the players.

Changed the rendering on the Laser Blaster now it looks better and doesn't glitch in the inventory.

Fixed laser blaster rendering in item frames off centre.

Fixed a rare crash when spamming the laser due to particles (please report if this is still a thing).

Changed the way the laser is replaced in the players hand when empty. Now uses an event.
