Lan+ is now avaliable for fabric 1.20.1

Fixed

• Your friends were getting displayed in other users Profiles.

Changes

• Now you can host from the Pause Menu.
• "Host a world" now works as a regular "Open to LAN"

Added

• Now you can invite friends by right clicking their names (In Friends Section) or opening a Host and invite them from there.
• A report section for profiles. If you see something that is wrong (which probably is) you can report it and a Maintainer will be take care of it.
