Adds a few little details, i think minecraft need or i just want in minecraft.

This will ad rainbow armor and tools to protect you even better than diamond! Adds tools and armor for lapis! This also adds a new command to get all advancements at once and a cheat keybing!

This could help loads in your modded world because you'll be more protected and you have more uses for lapis.
