Added a config file found under minecrafts 'config' folder. 

Currently you can configurate:
* Time a knocked player stays knocked
* Time it takes to execute a player
* Whether or not totems protect you from getting knocked
* Whether or not lava kills you automatically
* Whether or not fall damage kills you automatically
* Whether or not explosion damage kills you automatically

Reworked the core dying mechanic to run much smoother on servers and be more robust 
-> please report if new bugs appear (specifically totems can be a bit 'funky' with the new changes)
