Supported Versions

Initializes itemIDs for items read from BetterFarming or Pam's HarvestCraft.
Previously, if either mod was present, but itemIDs were missing from their config file, it could cause a crash.

Caveats

Oven will only cook with Mr Crayfish's Furniture Mod v3.1.1
