Updated names of food crops published to Ore Dictionary. This is for compatibility with other mods.

Pinecones
- Now spruce leaf blocks have a chance to drop pinecones. Chance is the same as oak dropping an apple.
- pinecones can be crafted to pinenuts
- added recipies for 3 new foods, all are Medieval desserts using pinenuts.
... pynade is a hard candy similar in texture to peanut brittle, but made with honey and pinenuts
... cryfpes is a softer candy similar to caramel, made with sugar, honey and pinenuts
... pynnonade is custard made with ground almonds, water, eggs, and pinenuts sprinked on top

Caveats

Graphic glitch:
When the player changes client setting of Fancy Graphics, it will not affect leaf blocks until the game exits and restarts.
