- Added Kinetic Block. Made by combining sand and dirt. Jump or move on to create Kinetic Ingots.

- Added Kinetic Ingots. Used in crafting recipes.

- Added Kinetic Generator. 1 inventory. Moving on or jumping on generates RF into stored core.

- Fixed several SMP compatibility bugs.
