📝 Changelog - Version 1.1.0 (The Gemini Update)

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This version switches the AI engine to Google Gemini. You now need a free API key. Get yours at Google AI Studio and paste it into config/kiassistant_key.txt.

🚀 Major Changes

• New AI Model: Upgraded to Gemini 2.5 Flash (Stable). It provides much smarter and more reliable answers for complex modpacks like ATM 10 and StoneBlock 4.

• Async Performance: Rebuilt the communication logic. The game no longer freezes while waiting for the AI. Responses now load smoothly in the background!

• Enhanced Knowledge: The AI now follows a strict structure for items and machines:

  1. Purpose: What is the item used for?

  2. Resource List: Exact materials and sub-machines needed.

  3. Pro-Tips: Automation and efficiency advice.

🔧 Fixes & Tweaks

• Language Stability: Fixed an issue where the AI would get stuck or respond in the wrong language. It now strictly follows your selected language (DE, EN, RU, etc.).

• Safety Filter Optimization: Reduced response latency by fine-tuning safety settings, preventing "long thinking times" for harmless Minecraft terms like TNT or Gunpowder.

• UI Improvements: Cleaned up the sidebar and added a delete button [x] for individual chat sessions.

🛠️ How to Update

1. Download and install this .jar.

2. Start Minecraft once to generate the new config (if not already present).

3. Open config/kiassistant_key.txt and insert your Gemini API Key.

4. Enjoy your upgraded AI Buddy!
