Freecam, reworked

• Press F4 to fly the camera freely, like spectator mode: smooth speeding up and slowing down, through blocks, sprint to go faster, scroll to change speed.
• You can see your character standing where you left it, like Tweakeroo, and no hand floats in front of the camera.
• Interact while flying (off by default): keep using and breaking the block your character was looking at, wherever the camera is. That block is outlined.

New: Particle Filter (Visuals, off by default)

• Hides clutter: block-breaking crumbs, eating crumbs, rain splashes, drips, ash, spores and falling leaves.
• Keeps the useful ones: crits, damage, potion effects, hearts, portals and more.
• Each group can be switched separately; explosion clouds and campfire smoke are optional extras.
