Supported Versions

  • 1.5.1

-Made Stone Chunks, Netherrack Chunks, and Obsidian Chunks throwable by right-clicking
-Stone Chunks deal 1.5 hearts of damage, Obsidian Chunks deal 3 hearts, and Netherrack Chunks set undead mobs on fire for a few seconds
-Added Gravel Buckets
-Buckets can be used to carry any type of gravel without loss, though you don't know what type you have, so you can take enriched gravel to sifter blocks now
-Changed functionality of handheld sifters to left-clicking and mining instead of instantly upon right-clicking

-Fixed accidental infinite zinc recipe
-Added individual configuration for nearly every drop except flint, sand, stone, dirt, and clay (saltpeter and sulfur are grouped together)
-Reduced Gravel Sifter uses to 20; added Sturdy Sifter with full 64 uses, crafted with 3 Gravel Sifters, 2 gold nuggets, and 4 iron nuggets
-Added Sifter Block, crafted with a Sturdy Sifter, iron ingots, and aluminum nuggets if enabled, else iron nuggets
-Sifter Block allows bonus resource drops from regular gravel, but when mined after placing, only drops the Sturdy Sifter
-Fixed the wild movement of the resource drops
-Added Nether Quartz chunks
-Added Enriched Gravel to the Nether's gravel pits, at slightly higher values
-Added a Generation section to the config; now you can specify whether you want to find Enriched Gravel in the Overworld, Nether, Twilight Forest, and Mystcraft Ages

-Enriched Gravel will only drop resources when broken by a player
-The Sifter will only drop 2 resources max, instead of 3. This is related to above
-Fix for possible "ghost" items when mining Enriched Gravel
-If a newly-added config option is set to true (it is by default), you can craft resources back into chunks or nuggets
-Breaking Enriched Gravel drops experience orbs! You get less XP with a sifter than by mining
-Redstone chunks and sulfur/saltpeter piles are interchangeable with GregTech small dusts via OreDictionary

-Fixed dropping Platinum nuggets when it should've dropped Nickel (wrong metadata by 1)
-Added "easy Lapis" option, enabled by default, that changes recipe from 3x3 lapis chunks = 1 lapis dye to 2x2 lapis chunks = 2 lapis dye
-Added many configuration options to disable potentially overpowered, unusable, or otherwise unwanted drops
-Added gunpowder recipe, with 4 sulfur piles, 4 saltpeter piles, and 1 coal

-Released Mod
-Contains 8 types of Enriched Gravel, of varying quality
-Will drop chunks of more valuable materials
-Appears identical to normal gravel
--2 disabled chunks, clay (removed in favor of vanilla clay balls) and redrock (couldn't get the recipe working, EBXL or BoP)
-Contains Gravel Sifter item, crafted with 6 sticks, 3 string, and has 64 uses
--Right-click on regular Gravel to convert to Flint, right-click on Enriched Gravel to get up to 3 times as many bonus drops

Caveats

All types of enriched gravel appear as "Slightly enriched" with NEI's block identification thingy, and with the Pick Block feature. Consider this an exploit prevention.
