Balance:
-Nyoi Staff recipe is more expensive.
-Ab1 deals more damage.
-Ab2 deals more damage.
-Ab2 applies longer ability disable to enemies.
-Ab2 has longer cooldown.
-Ab4 small hits deals more damage.
-Chlorine gas applies poison 4 instead of 3.
-Reduced minimal CE required for chlorine gas explosion to 700 from 1000.
-Chlorine explosion deals more damage.
-Chlorine explosion applies 25s ability disable to You, instead of 30s.
-Reduced CE cost of all MBA moves by around 50
-Ab1max cooldown lowered from 18s to 13s.
-Ab1maxflow now costs 700CE instead of 1000CE.
-Ab1maxflow now applies slowness IV instead of III.
-Ab1maxchant cooldown reduced from 45s to 35s.
-Ab1maxchant recovers 100 less CE .
-Ab2max cd lowered from 25s to 20s.

Bugs:
-Nyoi Staff now drops without loyalty
-Domain with DomainFX gamerule turned off now places correct blocks.
