-Added Bio Absorb, works the same as Majin except only works on Androids and 10% stat loss

-Added a config for Android Race in jde/races folder
-/JdeReset now does Jrmc Startnew with it
-Remade /JdeForm so there's a Race Argument. This lets you give forms to certain races, it's helpful when making quests.
