- Added: Config option 'zoom_out_cap' to cap the maximum FOV when zooming out, so users can't zoom out more than the normal FOV (default: 'true')

- Changed: Config option 'reset_zoom_factor' is now 'true' by default (does not affect config from older mod versions)
