Fixed

• A replay could close right after it started in large modpacks (seen with KubeJS and about 440 mods): the registry ids saved with a recording left entries it did not list without an id, and the replay world's own server then failed to send the recipes. Entries missing from a recording now keep an id, and the replay world's server no longer sends recipes during a replay.
