We've observed throughout these versions that Slow Aura was a strong ability with the shortest cooldown among area-of-effect abilities. Therefore, its cooldown has been increased to match that of Ghost Scan. Additionally, the activation time didn't match the small visual animation that appeared for the player activating the ability, so this error has been corrected.
