Mobs can now use guns!!!

I will keep this changelog brief, since all the month went into coding AI!

Basically, now mobs can spawn with guns, but this is entirely configurable. They start spawning after the 5th in-game day with a 1% chance, then that chance keeps growing by 1% each day until it reaches 50% (every value can be changed in the Config files.

Which mobs spawn with guns is determined by your Config files! Look at the "Factions" section, there you can add, remove or modify the existing Factions. The factions and values inside them is what dictates what mobs spawn with guns, however, as far as I am aware, any mob can use guns if they can have a target and they somehow (commands) get a gun.
