Compass Update Part-2 [2.6.0]

Update Notes:

Chromium Compass

-Fixed Chromium Compass search function — the nested loop logic wasn't executing due to an unsupported block type, causing the compass to never detect nearby ore

-Added a distinct "not ready" sound effect for when the compass is on cooldown

-Added a game rule (compassSoundEnabled) to toggle compass sound effects on/off

Configuration

-Added game rule support for adjustable settings (cooldown duration, sound toggle, portal music selection) since MCreator has no native config file system

Portal Ambience

-Added dimension-entry music system: entering the Chromium dimension now plays one of three custom tracks (metallicechoes, corrodedlullaby, chromiumconstellation)

-Added a game rule (portalMusicChoice) letting players choose which track plays (1/2/3)
