Just A Basic Concrete Mod

NOTE: This version is fully compatible with Minecraft 1.16.5.

JABCM 0.0.6 for Minecraft 1.12.2, 1.16.3, 1.16.4

Happy 2021! Here's a minor bugfix update.

For JABCM 1.12.2:
-The pick-block bug for half slabs has been fixed.
-Half slabs will now drop an item when harvested.
-Added a config file.
-Rainbow Concrete can now kill most hostile mobs.

For JABCM 1.16.3 and 1.16.4/5:
-Rainbow Concrete can now kill most hostile mobs.
-Added a config file.

Known Issues - JABCM 1.12.2:
-Pick-block and harvesting are both still broken for double-slab blocks. This is being investigated.
