Diet-Based Riding Sticks (1.3.1-beta)
The old carrot-on-a-stick riding mechanic is split into diet-specific riding sticks:
- Herbivore (PLANT): Potato / Wheat / Apple Stick; the vanilla carrot on a stick still works (now herbivore-only)
- Insectivore (INSECT): Spider Eye Stick
- Carnivore (MEAT): Beef / Mutton / Pork Stick
- Piscivore / Filter-feeder (FISH + FILTER): Fish (cod) Stick
- Recipes: vanilla fishing rod + matching food (shapeless)
- Mixed diets match all applicable sticks (e.g. CARNIVORE = MEAT + INSECT)
- New textures (rod shaft + food icon) and
handheld_rodmodel parent, so held items face forward like the vanilla carrot rod
