Balance changes for infity and six eyes

from testings on events I found out that fighting six eyes and infinity is almost impossible so I did change it little

• Lapse Blue range decreased from 6 to 3.5 blocks
• Maximum Lapse Blue range decreased from 6 to 5 blocks, changed how rotation for it works, player now cannot change where he looks
• Six Eyes male hit scaling was change from 25% to 22% (for comparassion, normal hit scalling is 15%)
• All curse enchants for weapons got debuffed (it is possible to stack them and some players were able to reach 4k damage easily)

If changes won't be enough, in future I will add some more changes for it
