Health overrides: set custom health multipliers per mob (minecraft:zombie=4.0) or per mod (iceandfire=2.0), with optional ranges that scale with difficulty (=3.0..5.0)
Technique gear: Mahoraga now spawns with the Eight-Handled Wheel equipped (required by his AI) and a 50% chance of the Sword of Extermination — configurable per technique
