Update 1.4.0: The Little Things

Major Additions:

Added Halite

• drops 1-2 salt

Added Salt

• Used to cure meat and turn rotten flesh into leather

Added Cured Meat

• can be cooked, crafted from raw meat and 4 salt

Added Wooden Needle

• Functions like the silver needle with less durability

Added new item “Hide”

• Replaces leather in loot and recipes

Added Goat Hair

• Drops 1-2 from goats
• 4 goat hairs can make 2 fabric

Added buttons and pressure plates for each wood type

Smaller Additions:

Fabric has additional recipe of 2 fur for 2 fabric

Added advancement “Someone’s Salty”

• Obtained by getting salt

Added advancement “I Am The Cure”

• Obtained by curing raw meat with salt Added buttons, doors, and pressure plates for every wood type

Mummies are now fully implemented

• Replace undead in the sandy expanse
• Drop 1-2 rotten flesh, 1-2 ragged cloth, 1/12 chance to drop a carrot or potato, 1/6 chance to drop 1 bone.

Changes:

• Siltstone has its correct name back
• Cotton generation has been fixed
• “Ruins” structures are much less common
• Improved how axes strip logs
• Rock renamed “Rhyolite”, as well as its entire family of blocks
• Any recipe that require rock or smooth stone has been changed to work with Rhyolite, granite, diorite, andesite, and tuff
• Changed Iron (steel) chunk recipe, now it requires 1 lava bucket, 4 iron ore, and 4 charcoal in a crafting table to get 4 steel chunks
• Most iron items/blocks renamed to steel
• Needle renamed to silver needle
